WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS DAY
I originally called Rainbow for a second opinion after another company said I’d need to completely replace my garage door and motor for $1000+. Rainbow replaced some wheels and did a tune up for the whole system for $200 instead and the door started working quietly and well. We’ve now used Rainbow twice for different locations, and both times they came out, fixed the issue, didn’t try to upsell us, and were done quickly and professionally. Thanks to Nati for another tune-up today that fixed the problem without much fuss!
A week ago our garage door spring broke, they came out the next day from my call to replace it. Now my garage door opener stopped working, again they came out the next day from my call. We now have a new opener. They are very thorough with explaining the issues and very good to deal with. Price is reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company.
Nati and Benjamin replaced our garage door opener, including new springs, etc. They did a great job even though it was more than expected. Cleaned up after they were through and hauled away all the old stuff. They were both very polite and helpful. We would highly recommend them.
We always try to fix things ourselves but coudn't figure out what was wrong with our garage door unit. Benjamin was able to quickly diagnose and fix an internal wiring issue at a very reasonable price. He even took the time to reninstall the extra sensors we had removed ourselves to make sure the unit was in perfect working order before leaving. Professional, friendly and efficient.
Great service and very friendly. Ben and Nati arrived from Rainbow of Ballard within 30min of my phone call at the end of their day whereas 4 other places were quoting me up to 5 days out. Great price & fast service from Rainbow Garage Door! Our aging garage door opener finally broke completely and the technician Nati checked it out and got it replaced. The installation was done perfectly.
